1 tbsp. butter 1 med. red onion 1 minced garlic clove 1 (12 oz.) jar La Victoria's "Salsa Victoria" 1/2 tsp. oregano 16 oz. cream cheese, cubed 1/4-1/2 c. milk 16 oz. or more tortilla chips Melt butter in a large saute pan, saute onion and garlic, until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, blending in cream cheese. Add milk as needed and heat through. Garnish with paprika. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping. |
