STUFFED CRAB MEAT MUSHROOMS
 

1 pkg. mushrooms or approx. 12 oz.
1 can crab meat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 of a sm. onion, chopped

Wash and dry mushrooms. Combine rinsed and drained crab meat, soft cream cheese and onions in bowl and set aside. Remove stems from mushrooms and save for another dish. Place 1 teaspoon filling in each mushroom top. Place in baking dish. (Spray dish with Pam.) Drizzle 1/4 stick of melted butter over mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Double or triple recipe for large crowd.
