BAKED BRIE WITH PECANS
 

Wheel of Brie
Butter
Brown sugar
Chopped pecans

Cut rind of Brie off the top center, cut to 1/2 inch of top edge.

Mix butter, brown sugar and pecans. Heat slightly. Pour mixture onto top of Brie. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until pecan mixture bubbles and cheese is slightly melted. Serve with Melba rounds.
