2 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams 2 drops Tabasco sauce 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 tsp. minced onion 1 tsp. lemon juice Soften the cream cheese. Drain clams and add 2 tablespoons clam juice to cheese. Blend until smooth. Add clams and remaining ingredients. Mix well and chill. |
