BAKED BRIE SPREAD
 

1 (8 oz.) wheel Brie
2 tbsp. butter, room temperature
1/4 c. apricot preserve
1/4 c. sliced almonds
French bread, sliced apples or pears

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set Brie in ovenproof serving dish. Spread butter over top. Spread on apricot preserve. Arrange sliced almonds on top. Bake until softened and heated through, about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm with bread, apples or pears.
