CAKE: 6 eggs 2 c. sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1/4 c. milk Mix eggs, then pour in sugar and then mix in the flour and milk. Put this in a Pyrex for 20 minutes in the oven for like 20 minutes or until brown. FILLING: 2 c. (2 cans) condensed milk 2 c. (2 cans) milk 1 c. heavy cream 3 egg yolks Mix all the ingredients with a mixer and pour it onto the cake which you make opening with a knife. Leave it in the refrigerator for like 2 hours, until the cake absorbs the filling. FROSTING: 4 egg whites 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. Karo syrup With a mixer, whip egg whites until it forms peaks, then gradually pour in the sugar and keep whipping and then pour in the syrup. |
