1 (10 oz.) bag tortilla chips 1 can vegetarian refried beans 1 (8 oz.) jar MILD salsa 1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese Spread tortilla chips evenly on 13 x 9 inch cookie pan. Drop by spoonfuls 3/4 of can of refried beans over chips. Drop by spoonfuls salsa over chips. Sprinkle grated cheese over all. Place pan under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serves 6. |
