CARROT RAISIN SALAD
 

2 c. grated carrots
1 (5 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice, drained
1 sm. box raisins (1.5 oz. size)
1 lg. handful miniature marshmallows (about 1/2 cup)
Weight Watchers mayonnaise or other mayonnaise/salad dressing to taste, about 3 to 4 tbsp.

Mix everything up in a bowl and put it back in the refrigerator to get cold until you're ready to eat. Mom's note: stir well before serving.
