Hamburger meat
Mushrooms
1 tsp. oregano
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream, room temp.
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef, add mushrooms and oregano. Stir and fry until lightly brown. Add spinach and heat about 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, soup, salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole dish. Cover with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
