CABBAGE-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
 

1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. med. pack sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Crumbs

Cook cabbage in 1 cup water, drain and save liquid. Brown sausage and drain on paper towels, discard grease. Put half of cabbage in greased casserole, add sausage mix, 3/4 cup liquid and soup and pour over casserole. Add remainder of cabbage. Sprinkle crumbs over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serves 8.
