1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 stick butter
Onion
Bell pepper
Pimento
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy Corn meal mix

Saute onion, bell pepper, and pimento in butter; stir together all ingredients and pour into baking dish.

Spoon 8 ounces of sour cream on top or swirl in grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
