1 c. crabmeat 1 c. shrimp 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 c. celery soup 1 c. celery, sliced fine 1/2 c. onion, minced 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles 1 (2 oz.) pkg. almonds, shaved or chopped Combine all ingredients and top with almonds in greased casserole. Dust lightly with paprika. (Add 2 tablespoons dry vermouth, if desired.) Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Yield: 8 servings. Can do ahead, can freeze. |
