OVERNIGHT EGG SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. bulk sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. salt, or less
1 tbsp. dry mustard
6 slices white bread, crusts removed and cubed, or 1/2 to 3/4 pkg. Brownberry seasoned croutons
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown and drain sausage and crumble. Beat eggs; add milk, salt, mustard and bread cubes; stir to mix -- careful not to mash bread. Stir in cheese and sausage.
