1 pkg. sm. noodles 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, chopped 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 c. buttered bread crumbs Grease a 2-quart casserole. Cook noodles, drain and rinse. Combine the remaining ingredients except for bread crumbs. Alternate noodles with layer of meat mixture, twice. Top with bread crumbs and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. |
