CORNBREAD CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. hamburger, salted, peppered, fried and drained
1 can tomatoes and 1/2 juice, cut up in pieces
1 can red kidney beans and 1/2 juice, drained
1 med. onion, chopped up
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix, prepared as box instructs

Combine in casserole dish; spread cornbread, unbaked, on top. Bake at 400 degrees or until golden brown.
