1 Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 c. milk 1/2 c. mayonnaise 5 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained 2 c. chopped cooked chicken (3 breasts) 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained Heat cheese, milk, and mayonnaise over low heat. Stir until sauce is smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 2 quart butter casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. |
