1 c. butter
4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Boil together (slow boil) for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Add the following to the above:

25 lg. marshmallows
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 (12 oz.) bag semi sweet chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips

Stir until completely mixed, add nuts if desired. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan and chill well.
