Melt 12 oz. package chocolate chips. Pour in pan first 2 cups sugar, 1 1/2 sticks butter, and 1/4 cup milk. Mix above in large batter bowl 2-quart size. Put in microwave oven at high power for 5 minutes. Stir and return to microwave on high 5 minutes more or until small amount forms a hard ball when dropped in cold water or candy thermometer, 248 degrees.
Add 6 oz. peanut butter, 6 oz. marshmallow creme and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until mixture starts losing its gloss. Pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares.
