8 oz. cream cheese 1 tbsp. cream or milk 2 c. confectioners sugar, do not sift 2 sm. pkg. chocolate, butterscotch, or peanut butter chips Dash of salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts Blend cream cheese and milk to soften cheese. Gradually add sugar and beat well. Add melted bits, salt, and vanilla. Chopped nuts are optional. Press into well greased pan. Chill until firm. If fudge chills too long it will not cut easily. |
