CAKE: 2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. baking cocoa
1 c. Coca Cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs Sift together flour and sugar; set aside. Melt butter, cocoa, Coca Cola in pan. Bring to boil, take off heat. Add flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, baking soda, vanilla, and eggs. Beat with mixer. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. ICING: 1 stick butter

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts Put on while cake is hot. Boil butter, cocoa, Coca Cola; remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, marshmallows, and nuts. Pour on hot cake. |
