8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated orange peel, optional (Great for Halloween)
2 drops red food color, optional (Great for Halloween)
2 drops yellow food color, optional (Great for Halloween) Combine and beat until smooth, add: Mix and set aside. CUPCAKES: 1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla Blend on low speed and fill cupcake papers 2/3 full. Spoon 1 tablespoons cheese filling in each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 24. |
