JELLO POUND CAKE
 

1 pound cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. apricot nectar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello

GLAZE:

1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated orange and lemon peel

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, lemon extract, apricot nectar, lemon Jello for 3 minutes. Cook 1 hour. Add glaze while cake is still hot.
