NEAPOLITAN REFRIGERATOR SHEET CAKE
 

1 sm. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 pkg. Duncan Hines fudge marble cake mix
1 env. Dream Whip (3 - 3 1/2 c. yield)
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water, set aside room temperature. Mix and bake cake as directed in 13"x9"x2" pan. Cool cake 20 to 25 minutes.

Poke deep holes with meat fork through warm cake, spaced 1" apart. Slowly pour gelatin mixture into holes. Refrigerate cake while preparing topping.

TOPPING: In chilled deep bowl blend and whip topping mix, instant pudding, cold milk and vanilla until stiff. Frost cake. Store cake in refrigerator and serve chilled.
