HUNGARIAN BUTTER CAKE
 

1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs, separated
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. orange juice

Cream butter and sugar; add beaten egg yolks and lemon juice. Beat until light and fluffy. Add flour sifted with baking powder, alternately with orange juice. Mix well. Fold in beaten egg whites; pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 325 to 350 degree oven. Dust with powdered sugar while hot.
