1 1/4 lb. lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. container Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
4 c. milk

Crush cookies in blender.

Mix the next 3 ingredients until blended. Mix the pudding with milk, allow to set. Blend the Cool Whip into the pudding. Combine the cream cheese mixture with pudding mixture.
