1 pkg. cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
4 tbsp. water
1/2 c. diced almonds (optional)

Blend all ingredients in large bowl. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Frost when cool.
