JELLO POKE CAKE
 

Cake:

1 pkg. 2 layer white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. 4 servings vanilla INSTANT pudding and pie filling
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil

Combine all ingredients. Blend together on medium speed using electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350°F. for 40 to 45 minutes. (Do not overbake).

Cool 15 minutes. Then take fork and poke holes into cake.

Jello:

3 oz. pkg. Jello

Dissolve Jello as directed on package. Usually use cherry, strawberry. Pour warm Jello over cake. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Top with Cool Whip. Serve.
