1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. soft butter Blend. Pour crumb mixture into springform, 8x8 inch square layer or round pie plate and press with back of tablespoon to form crust. Bake in moderate oven, 375 degrees, for approximately 8 minutes. Cool. FILLING: 1 lb. cream cheese 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix and pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until set. Remove and carefully spoon on topping.
