HOT PEPPER RINGS
 

1 qt. white vinegar
2 qt. water
1 tsp. canning salt
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. oil

Mix together and boil at a full rolling boil. Boil for 3 minutes; let cool. Slice peppers as desired. Pack in jars, bring mixture to a boil again and pour over peppers. Seal.
