FRANGO MINT CAKE
 

1 pkg. Devil's Food cake mix
1 (4 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1 c. sour cream
5 (1 1/4 oz.) Frango Mint bars (from Marshall Fields), chopped to chocolate chip size

In mixing bowl, beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water and sour cream until smooth. Fold in mint chips and pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until done. Drizzle vanilla glaze over cake when cooled, if desired.
