1 box of angel food cake mix

1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

1 tbsp. orange peel
1 tsp. orange flavoring
Substitute 1/2 c. orange juice for part of the water

1 tbsp. lemon peel
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Substitute 1/2 c. of lemon juice for part of the water

Combine cocoa; or orange peel; or lemon peel with the flour mixture packet. Combine vanilla; or orange flavoring and orange juice; or lemon flavoring and lemon juice with the water. Make according to directions on cake mix box. Bake in a tube cake pan according to directions. (Nice for a diabetic or person on a reduced sugar or fat diet.)
