1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. ground zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all together. Put into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle this topping on: 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup nuts.
