1 angel food cake
1 lg. Cool Whip
Preserves or jam of choice
2 bananas (other fruits or pudding of choice)

If using pineapple, use canned not fresh. Slice angel food cake horizontally to make 3 layers. First layer, spread preserves generously. Add Cool Whip on top of preserves. Second layer, slice banana to cover, spread Cool Whip on bananas. Top layer, add another fruit such as canned mandarin oranges or fresh berries. Cover top and sides with Cool Whip. Chill and slice with serrated knife.
