CARAMEL FROSTING
 

1 1/3 c. brown sugar
8 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. 10x sugar

Combine brown sugar, salt and milk in saucepan, bring to a boil. Cook slowly for 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from saucepan, add butter and vanilla. Cool. Add 10x sugar. Beat until smooth.
