ANGEL FOOD CAKE & STRAWBERRIES
 

1 angel food cake, baked
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Powdered sugar
2 boxes frozen well drained strawberries, reserving juice
1 pkg. Danish junket dessert

Cut angel food cake into 3 layers. Whip cream. Add powdered sugar to whipped cream to taste; stir in well drained strawberries. Spread between layers of angel food cake. Cook junket dessert using strawberry juice and water as directed on package. Cool to room temperature and spread like icing over cake. Refrigerate.
