1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
6 oz. Hershey chocolate chips
Cake: In large bowl, mix syrup, butter, flour, eggs, and sugar together and pour into a 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frosting: In a medium size sauce pan; boil milk, butter, and sugar for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips until melted. Pour and spread hot frosting on hot cake.
