ALMOND POUND CAKE
 

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 tbsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs; beating each separately before adding. Add almond extract, vanilla and flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes in Bundt pan or 2 small loaf pans.
