STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE
 

1 graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Strawberries and strawberry glaze

Or you can use pie filling (either cherries or whatever you prefer).

Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk and beat until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Place in refrigerator for 3 hours. Combine strawberries with glaze and place on top of cheesecake.
