PUMPKIN CAKE
 

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. Libby's pumpkin pie mix

Beat eggs well. Add sugar and cream together. Add oil and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add pumpkin and mix. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Cream together. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1 box powdered sugar; mix well. Add 1 cup chopped pecans.
