3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. butter 8 oz. crushed pineapple 2 c. chopped bananas 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tbsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. vanilla Sift dry ingredients until mixed, mix fruits, nuts, vanilla and eggs. Pour into dry ingredients; stir, do not beat. Bake in 10-inch tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour more if necessary. FROSTING FOR HUMMINGBIRD CAKE: (Cream Cheese Frosting). 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 box confectioners' sugar Have butter and cream cheese at room temperature.
