Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees. Grease angel food cake pan.

1/2 c. butter
2 c. sguar
2 c. applesauce
2 tsp. baking soda, dissolve in hot applesauce

Cool before putting in cake.

1 tsp. each: cinnamon, allspice, cloves
4 eggs
2 lbs. walnuts
3 c. flour
8 oz. jar Dromedary fruits and peels.

Bake in the greased angel food tube pan.
