BROILED CRAB CAKES
 

1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 # crab meat
6 to 8 crackers
1 egg
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Parsley
2 lg. tbsp. mayonnaise

Melt butter and set aside. Crumble crackers in crab meat and sprinkle melted butter over the crab meat and crackers mixture.

In separate bowl, beat egg and all other ingredients. Mix together with crab meat. Shape into cakes and dot with butter. Broil about 15 minutes.
