1 c. chocolate cookies, crushed
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. gelatin
50 grams cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla ess.
3 tbsp. Tia Maria
1/2 c. melted dark chocolate
1 c. whipped cream
Base: Mix, form and chill.
Filling: Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup hot water. Stir until dissolved. Cool. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar, vanilla, Tia Maria and chocolate. Add gelatin mixture. Fold in cream. Pour into base mold. Chill. (Can be made without Tia Maria.)
Between base and chocolate filling a fruit can be added. I like pears, looks nice too!
For lots of people double filling - best made in springform pan.
