FOUR LAYER DELIGHT
 

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 pkg. pecans
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant pudding (chocolate fudge) or any flavor you would like
3 c. milk

Combine flour, butter and half package of the pecans. Mix until crumbly and spread in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool.

Then combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and half of the Cool Whip. Spread on top of the crust. Chill. Then mix pudding with the 3 cups of milk and spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Take the rest of the Cool Whip and spread on top of pudding. Sprinkle the rest of the pecans on top. This is great!
