2 rounding tbsp. butter
4 rounding tbsp. sugar
2 rounding c. flour
2 rounding tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk to make stiff
2 eggs
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour batter into a small to medium baking pan. Dot batter with butter on top. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.
