1 box chocolate cake mix (with pudding)

1ST FILLING:

1 can Pet milk
1 c. sugar
24 lg. marshmallows
14 oz. angel flake coconut

Filling: Combine milk and sugar; add marshmallows and heat until they are melted. Add coconut. Pour over cake while filling and cake are hot.

2ND TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Combine sugar, milk and butter. Bring to boil. Add chips, stir until melted. Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour over cake.
