1 yellow cake mix
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream

Prepare cake according to package directions. Mix rhubarb and sugar together and spread over cake mix; pour whipping cream over the top. (The cream will form a custard after baking). Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
