3 c. sugar 1/2 c. vegetable shortening 1 c. butter 5 eggs 1 c. sour cream 3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. sweet milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. lemon flavoring 1 tsp. butter flavoring Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream sugar with shortening and butter; beat in eggs and then sour cream. Combine flour and baking powder and add alternately with milk. Stir in vanilla and flavorings. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in bundt pan that has been well greased. It is great sliced, buttered, and toasted for breakfast. |
