2 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. vanilla 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 4 c. light or table cream 2 c. strawberries, sweetened & chopped Scald milk, add cream cheese, sugar and salt to the milk and beat until thoroughly dissolved. Add the cream, stir in the vanilla and strawberries. Cool and then turn in the freezer. Makes 2 quarts. |
