LEMONADE CAKE
 

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz.) lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Blend well. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Thoroughly prick warm cake with fork to bottom of cake. Gradually spoon glaze over cake until completely absorbed. Cool and cut into squares.

GLAZE:

2 scoops (1/2 c.) Country Time lemonade mix
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. 10X sugar

Mix lemonade mix, water and sugar in bowl. Add melted butter, blending well. (Frozen lemonade concentrate may be substituted; omit water and butter.)
